We are seeking a professional, caring, and personcentred Wellbeing, Training & Support Worker to join our team.About The RoleReporting directly to the Team Lead, this role plays a key part in supporting individuals to develop workready skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our employees receive highquality training, support, and guidance aligned with NDIS and organisational standards.
