Claims AdministratorIn this Claims Administrator position, you will be an integral member of our local Brisbane Claims and Benefits team. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 400,000 teachers, education staff & their families.Your key responsibilities will include:Processing customer claims, payment requirements and providing specific information in response to enquiries.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fund products, processes, services, and rules.Providing relevant oral and written communication to all customers, providers and employees of Teachers Health.Collaborating with other team members to exchange up to date information and distribute workload.About youYou are enthusiastic and team-focused, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a small, highly flexible work environment. You take genuine satisfaction in identifying and meeting customer needs, and in resolving customer issues with care and efficiency.You bring a high level of accuracy in data entry and demonstrated customer service experience, both of which are essential for success in this role.
