Embrace possibilities and be open to new ideas and creating bold solutions.About the roleThe Planning and Policy Officer will be responsible for ensuring new developments maximise resource recovery opportunities through smart, innovative and sustainable design by delivering technical advice to internal and external stakeholders. The officer will also assist in the development and implementation of key waste policies.The Officer will work collaboratively within the Resource Recovery Team, closely with the Planning Development and Transport division and other key stakeholders to ensure the environment supports the City''s ambitious waste strategy objectives.
