Any opportunity within our community to adapt and develop our processes to embrace others is encouraged.Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the day for all outlets on a shift basis.Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered and maintained at all times to all guests.Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.Take responsibility of Night Manager duties in their absence.About YouPrevious Night Auditor experience preferable.Strong knowledge of Opera PMS.Exceptional grooming, presentation and communication skills.An ability to work night shifts across a 7 day roster.An open, unrestricted driver licence - Confident driving is a must.Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Victoria.Our HotelThe Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dualbranded property that opened its doors on 1 July 2024.
