We are a bright, colourful and stylish hotel, with a vibrant and diverse culture of Heartists who work here with us.Job DescriptionAs Night Auditor, you will undertake the following duties:Assist the Night Manager in cross checking and balancing work completed during the dayMaintain accurate guest accountsAssist with night maintenance/cleaning and guest requests as neededEnsure all diary events, flats and specials are actionedEnsure an accurate cashiering balance is performed at the completion of shiftsEnsure security procedures are maintained according to policyLiaise closely with housekeeping on information relating to rooms and lost propertyEnsure guest registration forms are completed correctlyEnsure all account postings are accurate and necessary paperwork is completed.Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsEnsuring the safety of our guests throughout the nightQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Full Australian Working Rights- this role is not available for sponsorshipService focused personality and the love of working through the night is essentialAbility to work flexible schedule, including ability to work across a 7-day roster, including, weekends and public holidays, shift hours are from 11pm 7amA good understanding of finance and accounting practicesPrior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related systemProven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholdersMulti-tasker that is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting prioritiesAbility to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performanceBenefitsDaily lunch options providedStaff discounts in the restaurantAccor employee staff rates at any Accor property worldwideFood and Beverage discounts at Accor outletsInner city location- public transport options at our doorFriendly and inclusive teamCareer growth and learning and developmentAbout Usibis Styles is a bright, funky and vibrant hotel situated in the heart of Brisbane City.
