Highquality, proactive and consistent engagement will help AEMO to be a trusted partner with our stakeholders to deliver better energy outcomes for consumers and the community.This is an exciting, earlycareer opportunity to join AEMO''s Stakeholder Engagement Team, engaging across the spectrum of policy, system planning and operations. You will have a critical role in driving consistent, exceptional engagement in line with AEMO''s Corporate Plan, Stakeholder Strategy and Principles throughout policy, planning and operations.This role can be based across any AEMO site from Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Sydney with flexibility to work from home.What you will be doingWith guidance from the senior staff and managers you willAssist with the implementation of communication and engagement plans and strategies, facilitate events and develop quality, consistent supporting content and materials for stakeholders.Identify opportunities to share stakeholder insights and drive improvements in engagement work.Proactively capture insights from stakeholders and share with the wider team and business.Respond to emails in group mailbox and to formal queries as part of an engagement.Assist with the management and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, stakeholder contact databases and AEMO''s CRM.What you will bring to the roleRelevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor) in social sciences, communications, public relations or related field.Some experience in small to medium sized, corporate and/or complex service delivery organisations. Understanding of the Energy sector is favourably regarded but is not essential.Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
