You''ll build independence, confidence and real connections. Your day might include:Personal care, meals and medication supportHelping clients access hobbies, events and community activitiesUsing communication and mobility aidsTransporting clients in Achieve vehicles (auto gearbox)Writing case notes and updating client systemsAdvocating for inclusion and empowermentQualifications and ExperienceCert IV in Disability or Individual Support or relevant experienceWarm, adaptable and great with peopleUnderstanding of NDIS, human rights and safety standardsAbility to transport clients in Achieve Australia vehicles (automatic gearbox) across the region.
