Role title: Casework Support WorkerDetailsDuration: ASAP start date - 30/06/2025Pay rate: $225.20 - $246.58/day + super (PAYG)Working hours: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/weekWork location: 6 Parramatta Square with WFH set-upWFH arrangements: Currently 2 Days in 6PSQ and 3 Days WFH, but this could change.Required checksNational Criminal Record Check2x Reference ChecksWWCCChildstoryDescriptionCasework Support Workers directly assist the day-to-day work of Caseworkers in their efforts to provide care and to improve the life experiences of vulnerable children, young people, and families.Casework Support Workers are responsible for undertaking tasks that support case planning and documentation, referrals and appointments, case visits, and day-to-day team priorities.Additional duties/tasks may be required in response to business needs:Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the team/unitCollect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision makingComplete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and proceduresRespond to enquiries, and elevate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate informationUpdate and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.Pre-employment checks are a critical part of the Community Services recruitment process and include a national criminal history record check (for external candidates), a NSW Working with Children Check clearance, and other reference and conduct checks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
