With a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail contracts, the business is known for its commitment to service quality, innovation, and long-term client relationships.As part of their ongoing expansion, they''re looking to appoint a capable and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and support integrated security services where required.The OpportunityThis role will see you manage over 40 sites and 100+ operational staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across all contracts.
