Our client is a successful, growing company within the Trades and Services industry.Based from their inner Brisbane location, this passionate team have an opportunity for a Junior Administration Trainee to join the business.The OpportunityIn the position of Junior Business Administration Trainee, you will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, maintain a professional demeanour and enjoy working in a thriving, fast paced environment.This traineeship will see you receive ongoing training in business administration skills. After 12 months of successfully completed on-the-job and off-the-job training you will receive a Certificate III in Business Administration.You will provide general administrative support to the team including:Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional mannerManaging shared inboxes and responding to enquiries or escalating where requiredCreating, updating and closing work orders in internal systemsAssisting with job scheduling, technician coordination and daily allocationsUpdating and uploading documents, service reports and compliance records to customer and internal portalsMaintaining accurate records including asset registers, contact lists and compliance documentationAssisting with data entry, document preparation and general filingSupporting timesheets, purchase orders and basic invoice or account queriesAssisting with training records, licences, uniforms and safety documentationProviding general office support including stationery management and assisting office staff as requiredWhat''s in it for you?This is a key role within the business where your contributions to the successful operations of the office will be highly valued and rewarded.This is a full-time career opportunity to commence your career in Business Administration that will see you working a standard week of 38 hours, Monday to Friday.What are we looking for?The successful candidate for this position will bring a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
