As one of the leading sports brands globally, adidas has been built on a vision that our passion for sport makes the world a better place.Key ResponsibilitiesBe aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed themExecute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers'' expectationsThe execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standardsProcess merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store''s entire product offer is represented on the sales floorRepresent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.RequirementsTo be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.Working HoursTo be considered for the role you will be required to have availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends.
