Now, we''re looking for a dedicated Psychology Assessment Leader to join our warm and welcoming team!What you''ll be doingLead training and upskilling initiatives to develop psychologists'' expertise in diagnostic assessments, while providing quality oversight of assessments nationallyConduct comprehensive assessments for Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), and other developmental and psycho-educational needs.Provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents with autism, and their families.Offer clinical supervision and contribute to the leadership and development of a cohesive, growth-oriented team.What you''ll bringA fully registered or endorsed psychologist with a strong interest in neurodiversity, especially Autism and ADHD.Skilled in diagnostic assessments, with at least 5 years of experience.Trained in ADOS and MIGDAS tools.Experienced in private practice and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and fostering team growth.A Board-approved supervisor (highly desirable).Up-todate compliance checks (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver''s Licence & Vehicle.Why choose ESAWe''re more than a workplace; we''re a community of professionals who care deeply about what we do and how we do it.
