Contribute to Sureway''s Purpose: Changing lives, building strongercommunities.Get out on the road to liaise withlocal business, apprenticeship providers and other stakeholders to source newenrolments. Coordinate the delivery of the micro credentials and shortcourses including booking the venue, the Trainer Assessor and studentattendance. Assistwith coordinationof work experience throughcommunity and industry relationships / networks.Guide learnersthroughfaceto face and remote study groups. Manage student engagement andprovide support with course material.Process daily administrative tasksrelated to ASQA and other compliance frameworks.The role requires:Certificate IV in Training andAssessment - TAE40116 or TAE40122 (or willing to obtain).Strong customer serviceexperience with the capability to build effective working relationshipsand developing community/industry networks.Proven ability to achieveenrolment and completion KPIs.Sound planning, coordination andresource management capabilities alongside a flexible approach to managean increasing workload.Adapt training to suit the needsof a diverse range of learners, including those with disabilities.At Sureway, we believe in offering more than just a job.
