This includes but is not limited to:Intensive, flexible, and responsive clientfocused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.Has an initiative to plan client''s activities and other social outings.Develop connections with the community, and achieve their goals.Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.Willing to do both Support Work and Assistant in Nursing.Willing to be oncall and travel to different areas.QualificationsFlexible availability.Current full Australian driver''s licence.Own car.Comprehensive Car Insurance.NDIS Workers Screening Check (Service NSW).Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.Working with Children Check (WWCC).Other RequirementsFluent in English.Must have experience with a hoist.Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviours, and delivering other highcare support.At least 2 years of experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).Available across all weekdays, including weekends and Public Holidays.Willing to travel to Bondi Area, Malabar, Maroubra, Coogee, etc. Potentially Redfern and other nearby suburbs.About UsWe''re a warm, welcoming, and caring team with a strong family vibe, and we extend that culture to both our staff and clients.
