It offers an affordable luxury environment designed to be inviting, comfortable, calm, and peaceful for residents and families.As a Registered Nurse at Barden Lodge and Bondi Beach, you will ensure the total care of residents. Your responsibilities include planning, assessing, evaluating, and delivering care that meets each resident''s individual needs. You will promote their independence and create a welcoming, calm atmosphere while working under the guidance of the Care Manager and Facility Manager.What We Look ForCurrent registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.12 years of nursing experience in aged care (preferable).Clear understanding of the 8 new quality standards in aged care.Strong passion for quality in aged care.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team.Good administration/documentation skills.Hardworking, flexible with good availability to cover shifts.Strong values of empathy, honesty, respect, and loyalty.All applicants must be willing to provide a valid police check and undergo a preemployment medical & drug test.
