With over 4,100 employees across 90+ nationalities, we foster a culture of experimentation and ownership.Role OverviewAs an Enterprise Product Designer, you will partner with product managers and engineers to design hotel partner management products for internal B2B users and external property partners.Experience Requirements & Role Expectations4+ years of fulltime experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or webbased products; inhouse experience highly preferred.Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process.Proficiency in creating wireframes, UX design tools, and prototyping.A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and solutions for web or mobile products with complexities.Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.Experience with enterprise products or B2B domain is a plus.ResponsibilitiesDeliver handson design solutions for complex enterprise business scenarios aligned with partner vision.Research with product and researcher teams to evaluate impact of solutions and drive improvements.Acquire deep domain knowledge of OTA B2B and B2C aspects through collaboration with product leaders.Advocate usercentric design principles and represent "Agoda Design" in external partner touchpoints.Drive continuous discovery, validate ideas, and influence product strategy and roadmap.Equal Opportunity EmployerAt Agoda, we prioritize diversity and inclusion.
