The opportunity and timing are now if you wish to join a team that''s small enough to be scrappy and handson, yet big enough to influence change and product strategy.Experience Requirements & Role Expectations4+ years of fulltime experience as a UX/Interaction designer for digital or webbased products; inhouse designer experience highly preferredExperience managing multiple stakeholders with an agile development processProficient in creating wireframes, UX design tools, and prototypingStrong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions for webbased products or mobile applications with complexitiesGood communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in EnglishWorked with enterprise products or B2B domains is a big plusRole ResponsibilityDeliver handson design solutions for moderately complex enterprise business scenarios and welldefined business problems, aligning with property partners'' vision and our business goals.Actively engage in research and collaborate with our researcher to evaluate the impact of proposed solutions, driving improvements and refinements toward achieving desired outcomes in property partnerfacing products.Acquire deep domain knowledge in both B2B and B2C aspects of the OTA business through daily collaboration with product leaders, analyzing research insights, and working closely with product stakeholders.Represent "Agoda Design" by advocating usercentric design principles and engaging with external property partner touchpoints.Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive continuous discovery processes, validating and shaping ideas to experiment with and build upon, thereby influencing enterprise product strategy and roadmap.Discover More About Working At AgodaAgoda Careers Opportunity EmployerAt Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
