CPAP Therapy Consultant / Homecare Technician - AlburyAir Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.We are currently looking for a CPAP Therapy Consultant/Home Care Technician to join our team at the Albury clinic. In this role, you will be crucial in enhancing our customer care and supporting patients to reach their health outcomes.ResponsibilitiesInitial point of contact for new and existing clients.Provide guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements.Offer followup appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients.Educate patients and families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures and available treatment options.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans.Promote and upsell product range and services.Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.Set up and deliver Home Oxygen to patients in their home and agedcare facilities.Perform administrative tasks including stock management.Transport medical equipment (420 kg) using a trolley.QualificationsExperience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments.Strong communication skills.Customer service experience across all interaction stages.Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Experience operating a commercial vehicle safely.Safe driving technique and knowledge of Albury and surrounding areas.Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.Flexibility with rostering, including oncall duty.COVID19 vaccination certificate.BenefitsBase salary plus sales incentive bonus.Tooloftrade van.14 weeks paid parental leave.Family and social activities.Professional environment focused on wellbeing.Salary continuity insurance.Local and global opportunities.Health and wellbeing initiatives.Retail discount programs with over 350 retailers.Employee social events.One paid volunteering day each year.Longterm career development opportunities nationally and/or internationally.Location: Albury, Victoria, Australia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
