We fuse creativity with experience design to solve business problems, unlock white-space opportunities and transform customer experiences for some of the world''s most iconic brands.We are looking for a Producer to join our team who will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale experiential and event projects for local and global clients. This role will lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring creative intent is realised within agreed budgets, timelines and production standards.You''ll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Design, Technical and the wider Production teams to ensure every project hits the brief, lands on budget, and sets new benchmarks.What your day-to-day might look likeLead the planning and delivery of assigned projects from concept to completionManage project budgets, including scoping, forecasting, supplier payments and reconciliationAct as the primary day-to-day client contact on projectsSupport pitch and concept development alongside Creative and Strategy teams, ensuring feasibility and budget alignmentDrive production timelines across creative, design, technical and build phasesSource, brief and manage suppliers, contractors and partnersLead onsite delivery, including crew, contractors, talent and temporary staffOversee workplace health and safety, including risk assessments, and onsite inductionsManage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining clear communication and documentationSupport and mentor Associate Producers as requiredIdentify opportunities to improve production processes and efficienciesTo thrive in this role, you''ll needHigh level of organisation and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesCollaborative and team-focused approachProven production expertise across live events and experiential projectsStrong financial and reporting capabilityWho we areWe are givers, not takers.
