Top-shelf Industrial Space.About The RoleLocated in our Sydney office, the Contracts Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager to deliver various industrial projects, including multimillion-dollar self-storage and warehouse developments across Sydney and Regional NSW, with more exciting projects on the horizon. You will ensure project success through effective contract management, cost control, and strong collaboration with key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and grow with a dynamic company!Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.Assist with tendering processes, including reviewing and analysing subcontractor quotes.Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, and correspondence.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth contract execution.Monitor contract performance, manage variations, and track project costs.Support the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Provide guidance on contractual matters and elevate issues as required to mitigate risk.Ensure all contract records and communications are stored in line with company procedures.About YouYou will be a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator with strong experience managing large-scale, industrial/commercial construction contracts and a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
