Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026.Permanent, Full-Time (80 hrs + ADO)Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4, or Social Worker/Occupational Therapist Grade 3Located at St Kilda Rd Clinic with travel requiredFrequent professional development opportunities and regular professional supervisionDepartmentAlfred Mental & Addiction Health is responsible for the operation of services which focus on people with a mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne.About the roleThe Senior Clinician for Access and Consultation position is part of our Navigations Team where you will join a team of 4 other Senior Clinicians and a Senior Mental Health Support Worker who work together to provide the AMAH Adult service with a single point of entry for consumers between the age of 25 65.You will be assessing referrals and will assist with shortterm support, consultations and liaison with the community. Your team is responsible for providing facetoface oneoff assessments as well as secondary consultation and education to primary health providers.
