The successful person in this role will have experience providing homebased rehabilitation to patients alongside experience in team leadership, stakeholder management and supervision.This role includes but is not limited toProvision of occupational therapy assessment and intervention following an illness or injury in the patients'' home / Jewish Care Windsor.Liaison with service providers and completion of NDIS applications as required.Team Leadership and Coordination.Close multidisciplinary team collaboration and communication including attendance at journey boards and long stay meetings. Previous experience in communicating with a wide range of key stakeholders will be highly regarded.Supervision of Grade 2 staff (and Grade 1 staff / Allied Health assistants as required) and supervision of students.Leadership of Quality Projects.Participation and leadership in relevant meetings.It is a requirement of all Alfred Health staff that they may be required to work across all Alfred Health sites (The Alfred, Caulfield Hospital and Sandringham Hospital) including weekends and public holidays, based on clinical service demands.Qualifications RequiredOccupational Therapy Qualification.Current full registration held with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) or equivalent.Member of OT Australia (or eligibility for membership) or equivalent.Skills & ExperienceMinimum seven years'' clinical experience in Occupational Therapy.Welldeveloped leadership skills, including the ability to undertake professional supervision and promote professional competence of other staff.Demonstrated capacity to inspire, influence, mentor and motivate staff and students, contributing to a positive organisational culture.Driver''s licence and comfort with driving the majority of the workday is essential to this role.DesirablePrevious experience in leadership of a team.Experience in leading relevant quality projects.BenefitsSalary Packaging & Novated Leasing through Maxxia.Flexible Health Insurance coverage through HCF Health Insurance.Onsite car & bike parking opportunities (Subject to Availability), deducted pretax.Please send enquiries to Bryley Scher, Clinical Operations Lead at [email protected] closing: 11pm AEST Sunday, 25th January 2026.We embrace diversity and strive to have a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
