We work with participants with varying needs from physical support, intellectual support, social support, mental health & challenging behaviours. This innovative concierge support model allows people with High Physical support needs to reach their ultimate independence. There is an on-site carer''s unit integrated with assistive technology and nurse call buttons, so our clients have access to support whenever they need. You''ll play a key role in empowering the people we support to be part of the community, live independently, and live their best life.Multiple Casual positions are available.Provide high intensity support tailored to each participant''s unique needsAssist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toiletingFacilitate daily living activities and implement capacity-building exercisesManage household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparationAdminister medications accurately and adhere to prescribed protocolsAccompany participants to medical appointments and liaise with healthcare teamsEnable community participation by arranging transport and supporting access to activitiesFoster social engagement through active companionship and meaningful interactionAbout YouYou''re driven by innovation, passion, and a shared vision for delivering exceptional support.
