Barista Staff CafJoin our Catering team in Sydney as a Barista in the inhouse caf. You will work alongside a friendly, supportive and collaborative group that is part of the broader Business Operations Department, covering Guest Relations, Records Management and Facilities Management.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve highquality coffee to Allens staff.Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the coffee machine, caf and kitchen through regular cleaning and upkeep.Manage all aspects of coffee service, including stocking of milks and other supplies.Deliver exceptional customer service to Allens employees and build relationships with staff.Support the team by assisting with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanliness.Train new staff as needed.Assist the team by performing basic administrative tasks where required.About YouPrevious barista experience and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.Experience working as part of a team providing excellent service to a range of customers.A desire to learn, grow, network and mentor others.Your DevelopmentIn joining Allens, you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities.
