Full Time PermanentWork with a supportive and friendly Customer Care team.$40.88 ph plus salary packaging!About the organisationSet within beautiful grounds in the seaside suburb of Hove, Alwyndor delivers on-site residential living and support at home services, along with therapy and wellbeing services that empower the people in our communities to live healthy, engaged and fulfilled lives.Alwyndor''s welcoming, high-quality facilities include 144 residential, dementia, respite care beds, transitional and care awaiting placement beds, together with allied health, therapy and wellness programs and home support packages that support people in Adelaide''s southern metro communities.About the opportunityWe are seeking a motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our friendly Customer Care team.Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:Providing prompt, professional administrative support to clients, visitors, volunteers, and staffActing as the first point of contact via phone or face-to-face, answering queries or directing them to the appropriate teamBooking, cancelling, and updating client appointments on behalf of stakeholdersThe ideal candidate will have:Medium to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft OfficeStrong data entry skills and an understanding of database administrationHigh self-motivation and ability to deliver high-quality outcomesAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsExperience preparing correspondence and reportsAvailability to work a roster between 8:00 am 6:00 pm, Monday to FridayDesirable but not essential:Experience in the aged care sectorFamiliarity with CHSP and MAC PortalYou must also be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate before commencing employment as well as a functional assessment.Alwyndor is a family friendly community organisation and understands the importance of work/life balance.Alwyndor is an equal opportunity employer.
