We are the pioneers of customer satisfaction and innovation standards, and pride ourselves on providing our employees with safe, supportive, and rewarding working conditions.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to undertake quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This is a full-time position.Key Responsibilities:Check received parts are correct and for defectsDisassemble vehicle as per Job SheetLabel and store partsNotate broken parts and extra repairs and submit to Estimator as requestedCheck new parts are correct and not damaged and communicate defects to Parts Manager/Production ManagerColour mix and match vehicle after vehicle has been prepared and is scheduled for paintingBuild and maintain colour libraryPrep, prime and paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier''s processBuff and denib vehicleRepair vehicle as per the Repair Method, OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job SheetReassemble vehicleHandle all vehicles with due care and attentionClean workbay and workshop areasCoach apprentices when requiredHandle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable conditionAdhere to our OH&S policy including PPEAbout You:Trade qualified Panel BeaterPrevious experience in a similar roleStrong commitment to work in a safe mannerExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detailAble to work effectively and collaboratively with the teamAbility to meet strict deadlinesBe reliable, punctual & hardworkingOwn tools to fulfil the roleWe are leaders in the repair industry and offer:Team environmentOngoing trainingCareer opportunityLatest tools, equipment and processGreat opportunity to earn big $$$ for competent and efficient tradespeopleJunior-Mid experienced tradesperson $60-$80kMid-Senior tradesperson $80k-$100kAnnual salary and the opportunity to earn a production bonusTo become a member of our team you must have:AQF Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent or relevant experienceMinimum 4 years experienceIf you are hardworking, motivated and seeking a career a with an industry leader please apply online.#J-18808-Ljbffr
