That''s why we focus on creating a team culture where you are listened to, encouraged, and backed in your professional growth.You''ll join a service that prioritises relationships, celebrates your strengths, and gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.Your Role and ImpactAs an OSHC Educator at Amana OSHC, you will:Create nurturing, engaging, and enjoyable learning environmentsSupport the delivery of activities that build children''s confidence, creativity, and social skillsEnsure children''s safety and wellbeing at all timesAssist with daily operations, including supervision, transitions, cleaning, and food preparationCommunicate positively and professionally with children, families, and colleaguesWe''re Looking For Someone Who Has:A Passion for Childcare: A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development.Minimum Qualification: A Certificate III in Children''s Services, Education Support, Youth Work or similar or actively working towards one. (Diploma not required.)Required Compliance: Current Working With Children Check (Employee), Child Protection certificate, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.Availability: Must be available for at least two morning shifts per week (7:00am9:00am).About Amana OSHCAmana OSHC is a respected provider of high-quality before school, after school, and holiday programs.
