The apprenticeship is a 3648 month fixedterm contract beginning September 2026.Amazon''s military recruiting team welcomes former military personnel and their families. You will work across a range of duties, from electrical to mechanical engineering, under the umbrella of Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME). Your work will help keep critical machinery running safely and efficiently across Amazon''s fulfillment network.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out proactive and preventative maintenance on complex automated equipment.Performing reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse.Using stateoftheart tools to maximise equipment effectiveness.Modifying and upgrading existing equipment to improve performance.Upholding Health and Safety policies and practices.Participating in continuous improvement projects.QualificationsYour UK nationality or right to work in the UK; nonUK nationals must have settled status.Minimum of 18 years old when commencing the programme.A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grades 94 (AC) in Maths, English and a science/technology subject.No prior qualification at a similar level to this apprenticeship.Preferred Qualifications5 GCSEs at grades 94 (AC), including maths, English and a science/tech subject.TLevel in an engineering subject or ALevels with a bias towards science & technology.Applicants must provide proof of all required qualifications by 17 July 2026.
