Critical Role Trainer, BWU6 Learning and DevelopmentWe currently have a vacancy for a Learning Trainer to join the Amazon Australia Team. This position within the BWU6 Fulfilment Center (FC), reporting into the Learning Manager, will manage and work with the Ambassador team to deliver high standards of training to our new and existing associate workforce. The suitable applicant will be trained in both the standard work and tools used within the Learning function. You will be a strong communicator, who values teamwork and who can function as a role model and engage in a professional manner with the entire FC workforce.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop, deliver and assess a multitude of training programs for both new and experienced warehouse team members; including forklift (LF) and order picker (LO) operations (an LF/LO license will be required)Perform data entry including creating, entering and updating training rostersLead & Support Ambassadors in their roles in delivering training and coaching to associatesAssist in evaluating and monitoring training efforts throughout the FCAbility to learn processes quickly and become a subject matter expert in new processesProblem Solving responsibilities: react quickly and productively, serving as a resource for specific problems and undertaking the appropriate steps to resolveComplete understanding of the safety procedures in the FC to ensure that associates are operating safely and take immediate corrective action where necessaryEnsure compliance with audits and refresher/one point change trainingComplete all standard work and assigned tasks on time and to standard expectationEnsure area readiness and area organization for all Learning areas and training locations to ensure they are prepared to support all training activitiesSpend a minimum of 5 hours per week in a warehouse process path (rotate through paths such as pick or pack) to maintain proficiency and identify associate barriersPositively impact and work with our associates to succeed in their rolesBasic Qualifications1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experienceHigh school or equivalentPreferred QualificationsWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysAcknowledgement Of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
