To be successful in this role you demonstrate experience supporting senior executives, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an ability to work independently and confidently to a high standard.Duties will include:Comprehensive diary managementManage international and domestic travel arrangements including air, hotel, transfers, and agendasCoordinate logistics for all internal and external meetings, direct reports and leadership meetingsOrganise GMS internal events including Town Halls, Conferences, team building and offsite events as well as the Australian Open tennis eventEnsure timely preparation of leader expense reports in accordance with the T&E policy including the reviewing of direct report expense submissionsPreparing local agenda''s for international senior leadership visits across A/NZ regionLead and run Business Continuity Plan for GMSAd hoc administrative / project work as requested by leaderSkills and ExperienceExcellent organisation skills with a strong focus on attention to detailPrevious experience supporting or working with senior executivesAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and complete work in a timely fashion against firm deadlines.Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, timeliness and follow throughExcellent relationship skills, with ability to work with employees of all levels of leadershipDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive informationMinimum QualificationsWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
