About the RolePrimo Foods are currently seeking experienced hygiene operatives to join our business on a full-time basis in Wacol, Brisbane. We are looking for people to join our team in an entry level hygiene operative position with career progression available for the right candidates.As a hygiene operator you will be responsible for ensuring that the standards of hygiene and cleanliness are achieved daily before production start-up, whilst ensuring safe work practices are adhered to when using industrial cleaning equipment.Responsibilities (include but not limited to):Cleaning of factory floors, walls, work surfaces and production line equipment to set SOPs.Ensuring the correct cleaning chemicals are used for the cleaning task as per the SOPs.To work in a manner that promotes safe working practices for yourself and your colleagues.Ensure that all PPE is worn and used at all times and all defects are reported to the Hygiene Supervisors.About you:Available to work Monday to Friday night shift 10pm to 6amExperience within manufacturing or food processing environment is preferredBe able to work with raw meat, specifically Pork productsFlexible, motivated and keen to learnAbility to pass a pre-employment medicalWhy work for Primo?Full time permanent employmentFeed your Family - Discounted quality meat products, purchased from the Primo ButcherOn the job trainingProgression and potential to increase your hourly rateAll hygiene waterproof uniforms and PPE providedA collaborative and encouraging work environmentOpportunity to progress through the many career pathways available to youBe an active part of the communityWhat next?If you''re passionate and want to be a part of the largest meat,pork and salmon manufacturer and producer in Australia, this opportunity may be for you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
