Based at our Northern Ops head office in Riverview (Ipswich) and working alongside a team of ten (10) experienced Shipping professionals, this role will provide you with the opportunity to establish yourself in a busy but supportive export shipping environment within a global organisation.Your key responsibilities will include:Plan and execute export from production, order fulfilment, booking and loadout for specific marketReview inventory and production levels to allow timely processing of shipping orders, allocations and instructionsMaintain export orders accurately in ERP, ensuring all details are correct for timely fulfillmentWork with external suppliers - Container Shipping Lines, Carriers and Internal teams - Sales, Production, Documentation team and multiple loadout sitesEnsure compliance with International Trade regulations and Customer requirementsProvide high-quality support to internal and external customers as requiredAbout YouPrevious experience in an export documentation or shipping logistics role highly regardedAbility to work under pressureAbility to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management skills along with the ability to multi taskDemonstrated administrative, logistics and data entry skillsAbility to work autonomously as well as part of a tight knit team#J-18808-Ljbffr
