Administrative Assistant APMBase pay range: A$65,000.00/yr - A$65,800.00/yrJob DescriptionIn this role, you will provide customer service and administrative support to participants and team members, helping the business achieve its goals. Your responsibilities will include managing participant enquiries, handling leads and CRM data, and overseeing invoicing and general administrative tasks. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Castle Hill.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to participant and stakeholder enquiries promptly and professionallyManage leads and support conversion to active participantsMaintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce preferred)Coordinate onboarding processes and stakeholder communication via phone and emailProcess invoicing and billing accurately within required timeframesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality service deliveryParticipate in team meetings, training, and performance reviewsWhat We''re Looking ForExperience in Disability, Aged Care, Healthcare, or lived experienceTertiary qualifications in Administration/Business Support or relevant experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent planning, organisational, and relationshipbuilding abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)High level of selfmotivation and attention to detailAbout MyIntegra, Part of the APM GroupSince 2016, MyIntegra has empowered people with disabilities by helping NDIS participants maximise their plans and access support services.
