Maintaining safety and quality in everything we do, promoting working together to achieve together, by using our resources wisely.Role Overview:We have multiple permanent parttime opportunities for Support Services Staff in Cleaning and Laundry at our welcoming facility in Yackandandah, VIC.What you will do (Cleaning & Laundry)Maintaining legislated safety, quality, and hygiene standardsCleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areasCleaning communal and dining areasCleaning and sorting laundryMaintaining adequate supplies of toilet paper, soap, and other cleaning and hygiene supplies for resident use.Adhering to infection control principles, WHS requirements including the safe storage and use of chemicals and complete cleaning requirements according to facility schedulesCompleting required documentation and reportingAd hoc support to the broader team as requiredWhat you will bringExperience gained in a similar role, preferably within an Aged Care setting (desirable)Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsHold NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain - mandatory)An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes is highly regarded but not essentialInterested?
