We are currently working with a top 30 Accountancy practice who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Payroll processor to join their team based near Cambridge, this role will offer you the opportunity to gain top 30 practice experience and experience dealing with larger Payroll''s.Your duties will include but may not be limited to:Undertake a range of computerised and manual payroll processing assignments from start to finish on StarTo provide excellent customer service, helping to develop and maintain client relationships and reinforce the premium payroll service we provide.To actively provide a first point of contact for clientsTo keep up to date and learn new skills as the client work demandsEffectively manage own time on assignmentsProcess Payroll End of Year ReturnsAssist with queries from clients and internally within the team, providing day to day support to Trainee Payroll Processors as and when requiredReconcile and to resolving any issues with reference to both the client and to colleaguesAssist with payroll processing from other team members allocationsTo be considered for this opportunity you will need:Demonstrate a competent understanding of Star (and other payroll software) and the proven ability to develop that knowledgeProven skills and experience in computerised and manual client payroll processingPrevious payroll software experience, preferably StarDemonstrate a basic understanding of PAYEDemonstrate a high standard of competence in processing basic payroll assignments.Demonstrate a competent knowledge of the following: starters, leavers, RTI and EPSBenefits to this opportunity:A relaxed and professional environment25 days Holiday depending on level of qualification (ability to purchase up to 5 extra days annually under our flexible benefits scheme)Life AssuranceContributory Pension SchemeRetail Discounts as part of UK 200 GroupIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply today as opportunities in this company do not stay open for long.#J-18808-Ljbffr
