We are seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead our frontline membership operations and deliver exceptional experiences.The Art Gallery Society of New South Wales (AGS) is the official membership organisation of the Art Gallery of NSW and one of the most established art museum membership programs in the world. With a proud history dating back to 1953, our purpose is simple and powerful: to support the Art Gallery of NSW and create meaningful connections between art and people.Reporting to the Membership Services Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping how members engage with the Art Gallery, from their first interaction through to long-term loyalty.You will lead a small, passionate team and oversee the day-to-day operations that support membership acquisition, engagement and retention.
