A simple but meaningful way to show the world who they are and what they care about.The Roles PurposeYou will run complex cross functional projects across our ecommerce marketplaces, acting as the glue between teams in Melbourne and the US. You sit in Product and Engineering and bridge work across core platforms, data, search, feeds, payments, martech and internal tools.You keep priorities clear, connect brands and codebases, and keep AU delivery in sync with shared roadmaps. You plan, coordinate and clear blockers so engineers, product managers and analysts can focus on building. This is a hands on delivery role that makes platform and consolidation work ship on time and in the right order.Key Responsibilities:Own end to end delivery for marketplace and platform projects from kickoff to close out.Build realistic timelines, milestones and dependencies and keep them visible.Keep AU and US teams aligned on priorities, decisions and next steps.Act as the day to day bridge between core platform, data, search and product teams across time zones.Manage projects that touch internal tools, core platforms, feeds, recommendations, seller tools, payments, tax, trust and safety or marketing data.Work with product managers to turn opportunities or regulatory needs into clear workstreams and tickets.Translate problem statements and high level requirements into clear tickets and work breakdowns.Work with engineers, data and QA to define test plans and acceptance criteria.Coordinate UAT, regression and performance checks before launches.Build simple project plans with milestones, owners and decision points.Act as a clear, calm point of contact for internal teams and external partners.Apply structured project management methods without drowning teams in process.What you bringExperience4+ years as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager or similar in software or ecommerce.Strong track record managing multiple projects from initiation to launch.Experience with distributed teams, ideally AU plus US or other time zones.Experience across at least two functions such as product, engineering, operations, CX, finance or marketing.Solid understanding of software development processes and how web applications, APIs and data pipelines fit together.Able to speak with technical teams about architecture, dependencies and trade offs.Familiar with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Git.Deep understanding of the project lifecycle from discovery and planning through execution and close out.Confident managing scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality using structured methods and tools.Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, invoicing and basic contract admin.Commercial and bid supportExperience helping prepare business cases, project budgets or RFP responses.Able to support pricing, resourcing assumptions and proposal coordination with leaders.Communication and collaborationClear, direct communicator who can translate technical and data topics into plain language.Strong stakeholder skills across engineers, analysts, legal, finance, marketing and execs.Experience in ecommerce marketplaces, payments, search, feeds, logistics or marketingHybrid work model, with two - three days on-site presence required.Collaboration across time zones to support global teams.What We OfferHigh Trust Culture: Thrive in an environment built on mutual respect where your voice matters.Flexible Work Arrangements: The opportunity to balance your work and personal life with flexible schedules.Global Opportunities: Be part of a global organisation that offers diverse and enriching experiences.Monthly Wellness Allowance: Take care of yourself with a monthly wellness allowance to spend on your health and well-being.Exclusive Vouchers and Discounts: Benefit from amazing deals and discounts on our online marketplaces.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProduct ManagementIndustriesOnline and Mail Order RetailMelbourne, Victoria, AustraliaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Articore Group by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
