Its Five Strategic Objectives Are:Stabilise ASIC Registry technology to enhance security, reliability, and performanceModernise registers, user channels, and interfacesImprove data quality and integrity, including integration of new datasetsEnable better outcomes through policy and law reformBuild lasting capabilities for future changeThe roleASIC is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to collaborate with Project and Change Managers to plan and coordinate the delivery of Registry Connect initiatives.Responsibilities Will IncludeCoordinate change and communications activities for projects within set timeframesDeliver change products for project and work initiativesSupport stakeholders with impact assessments, analysis, and communicationsAlign with change, learning, and communications teams to ensure consistencyHelp embed change through clear outcomes with the readiness teamMonitor change deliverables to meet governance, planning, and risk requirementsAssist with rollout of change and readiness tools across the programApply ASIC''s change management framework and methodologiesAbout YouYou will ideally have the following skills & experience in a corporate or government environment:Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Communications, or related field preferredExperience as a change analyst in a large enterprise environmentProject management experience and Prosci certification highly regardedStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder relationship buildingClear business writing and verbal communication across audiencesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbout ASICASIC''s remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
