Resort Front Office Supervisor Full TimeGold CoastAn exciting opportunity is available for a motivated hospitality professional to join our vibrant resort team in Miami on the stunning Gold Coast.Reporting directly to the Resort Manager, the Resort Front Office Supervisor will oversee the daytoday operations of the front office, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences at every touch point.This is a highly visible, handson leadership role with a strong operational focus, ensuring all guest interactionswhether by phone, email, or in personare managed professionally and efficiently, while maintaining high service standards.What you''ll be doingLead and manage the front office team, including rostering, coaching, and ongoing developmentOversee checkin and checkout processes to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experienceManage guest escalations and support the team in maintaining accurate guest recordsEnsure all guest enquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionallyDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve front office operationsCollaborate with other departments to deliver a cohesive and coordinated guest experienceMonitor and analyse front office performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvementContribute to the overall success of the resort by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting business objectivesWork closely with the Resort Manager to maximise revenue opportunities, with a strong focus on managing OTA and direct rental bookingsWhat we''re looking forMinimum 35 years'' experience in a resort Duty Manager role or similarStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service focus and proven problemsolving abilitiesProficiency with hotel management systems and related technologyStrong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and stakeholdersFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing prioritiesAvailability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with flexibility to work additional days or hours if requiredRelevant qualifications in hospitality management and/or timeshare resort experience (highly regarded)What we offerWe are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
