The Atherton Golf Club was established in 1925. We are a community golf club located on the Atherton Tablelands just 60 minutes west of Cairns. We are home to just over 300 Members.Our par 70 golf course, features 18 holes and in 2025 we hosted the FNQ championships. Our course is widely lauded as one of the jewels of the north.Our VisionWe will deliver a superior golfing, social and Member experience so that our Members recognise The Atherton Golf Club as the premier golf club of choice in Far North Queensland.General ResponsibilitiesApplicants must have an interest, knowledge and experience in greenkeeping, horticulture and working outdoors in all weather conditions. The position would be available, Monday Friday, rostered work may be required on some weekends and public holidays.
