Update profile visibilityOnsite (Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm)Fortitude Valley, QLDFull-time (2-year fixed term)Edutemps is partnering with a highly respected, niche Registered Training Organisation with Charity and DGR status, currently entering an exciting new phase of growth following a period of organisational renewal and strengthened RTO compliance.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a confident, values-led RTO Operations Manager who will work in close partnership with the CEO to maintain strong operational foundations while supporting the organisation''s next stage of strategic growth.About the RoleReporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of RTO operations, compliance, and commercial performance, ensuring the organisation continues to deliver high-quality, culturally safe training outcomes.This role suits someone who combines commercial capability with empathy, integrity and purpose, and who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end oversight of RTO operations, including enquiries, enrolments, orientation and student administrationManagement of compliance obligations (ASQA, audits, training product currency, trainer & assessor currency)Oversight of marketing, social media communications and consistent brandingFinancial and operational performance monitoring within budget and timelinesSupport the CEO through operational reporting, Board papers and regular business updatesEnsure student welfare and culturally safe learning practices are embedded across operationsAbout YouStrong knowledge of RTO operations and complianceSound understanding of SAS Agreement requirementsFinancially literate with experience using finance systems (desirable)Confident, adaptable and able to take ownership of outcomesHigh integrity, emotionally intelligent and culturally safe leadership styleExperience & QualificationsTAE Diploma (or equivalent) - essentialDegree in Business, Finance, HR, Training or similar - highly desirableMinimum 3 years'' experience in a similar RTO leadership roleCurrent Blue Card - essentialWhat''s On OfferGenuine partnership with a values-driven CEO38-hour work week, Monday to FridayFour paid staff wellness days per year (in addition to NES entitlements)Salary packaging up to $15,000 per FBT yearEmployee Assistance Program (including immediate family)Fully onsite role in Fortitude Valley (excellent public transport access)Purpose-driven work supporting First Nations and All Nations young peopleApply via Edutemps or contact our team for a confidential discussion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
