The position joins a high performing team and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across our brand portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, in close collaboration with the broader marketing team, this position owns the execution of trade shows, dealer conferences and events, pointofsale execution, partner communications, and adjacent tasks which improve Clarus Adventure''s impact in the B2B environment. This is a senior handson role suited to someone who enjoys working across both strategic and operational marketing activities with ample documented experience, more specifically;Trade Show & EventCoordinate endtoend logistics for trade shows, dealer events, and internal activations;Manage event timelines, budgets, suppliers, and freight requirements;Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution;Support onsite event setup, packdown, and postevent reporting.Point-of-Purchase (POP) & RetailCoordinate the development, production, and distribution of POS materials in collaboration with regional Marketing Managers;Manage and optimize associated vendors;Support retail partners with POP requests and asset deployment;Maintain POP inventory and ensure brand consistency across retail environments.Marketing CampaignsAssist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and trade channels;Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and internal approvals;Support reporting and postcampaign analysis.We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager with preferably 710 years'' experience in marketing, brand or communications with a B2B focus and ideally possessing the following traits:Deep experience developing and executing trade shows endtoend;Deep experience developing, sourcing, and deploying pointofpurchase (POP);Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects;Adept at fostering winwin relationships in a B2B environment;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines;Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, NetSuite is an advantage;A proactive, positive, cando attitude and willingness to learn.This is an opportunity to grow your career with an iconic brand that is rapidly growing.
