They''ll need you around for the most part, but after probation, it''s only fair to be able to work from home at least once a week assuming you''ve put everything in place.Systems: They are currently implementing AlayaCare and MOA. You''ll be the person translating "nursy" clinical requirements into these systems to make sure nothing slips through the cracks during the 2027 rollout.What you need:Demonstrated experience in aged care quality, risk, and complianceAHPRA Registration as an RN. You need the clinical authority to guide the team on PEG feeds, meds, and palliative care.Aged Care Experience. You have a deep understanding of the Aged Care Act 2024 and Strengthened StandardsWillingness to learn NDIS. There''s an NDIS midterm audit in April. The GM is taking the lead on it, but she wants to take you on that journey so you can learn the ropes.Driver Licence. You''ll need to take infrequent visits to satellite office and local NDIS facilities (pool cars available).Full working rights in Australia.
