The team supports a diverse commercial client base and is continuing to grow, with this role having a strong focus on Professional Indemnity solutions for whitecollar professionals. Thanks to ongoing growth and a specialist PI association program, they''re now looking for an experienced broker to join the team as a Senior Account Executive.What''s in it for you?Salary in the range of $120k $140k + super (depending on experience)Hybrid working arrangements typically 4 days in the officeOnsite parkingManage a mixed SME to Mid Market portfolio, including an association PI bookClear opportunities for career development and internal promotionOption to mentor junior staff and potentially have an Assistant Account Executive supporting you (depending on your experience)Supportive leadership, excellent onboarding and mentoring, and a genuinely fun, closeknit team (around 8 people)About the roleManaging and servicing a portfolio of commercial and PI clientsProviding tailored insurance advice and risk solutionsHandling renewals, endorsements and daytoday policy administrationBuilding and strengthening longterm client relationships through proactive communicationIdentifying opportunities to grow and broaden client programs (crosssell / upsell)Supporting and mentoring junior brokers/AAE as appropriateSkills and experience that will lead to successBetween 5-10 years working as an Insurance Broker (commercial and/or PI)Strong knowledge of general insurance products, with PI exposure an advantageOutstanding communication skills and a genuine customer focusHigh attention to detail and strong compliance mindsetA proactive, teamoriented approach you enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting othersTier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification (or working towards it)If this sounds like your next role, please apply now!
