We are seeking a Recruit Warriors and HR Coordinator to join our small, experienced HR team. Main focus areas of this role are:Recruitment Prepare and post job ads, undertake targeted candidate search and screening, interview scheduling, and maintain applicant tracking in the HRISOnboarding Support Assist with onboarding processes and accurate data across systems for efficient site mobilisationAboriginal Employment Program Support targeted recruitment campaigns that increase Aboriginal participation and handle traineeship administrationGeneral HR Provide general HR support across policyrelated queries, assist with HR projects, and contribute to culture and engagement initiative.This role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activities, giving you the chance to develop your skills over time within a collaborative team environment.WhatPrevious experience within a HR Department undertaking similar duties and responsibilities, or previous experience in a senior administrative role with closely transferable skills and experience:Experience in recruitment either in the capacity of Recruitmentdepends or handling nonprofessional recruitment autonomouslyProfessional business writing and digital communication skills.Organised, proactive and people focusedTechsavvy with MS Office and HRIS experience (UKG Ready or similar)Teamoriented approach to work, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and coordinate information flows within the team and with other business.Adaptable and can adjust to evolving priorities, comfortable responding to changing needsApply now and take the next step in your HR career!Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchResearching careers?
