Dental Practice meningkatkan Manager This fulltime role requires a proactive leader with strong operational, financial, and people management experience within a dental setting. The Dental Practice Manager leads the operations of our established dental practice on the Gold Coast. Position Overview The Dental Practice Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of all nonclinical operations of the practice, including staff management, financial oversight, operational compliance, and supporting the delivery of highquality patient care. Key Responsibilities Endtoend management of daily practice operations Staff rostering, leave coordination, and workforce Management of timesheets, payroll inputs, and reporting Oversight of ordering, stock control, and supplier management Budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control Implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and systems Leadership, supervision, and performance management of staff Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Chairside assistance when required (desirable to assist in training of new staff) Key Requirements Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential) Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (highly desirable) Strong knowledge of dental practice operations and workflows Demonstrated experience managing budgets and operational reporting Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience Stable, wellestablished practice environment Opportunity to play a key leadership role within the practice Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
