This team supports our GP clinics and home care services, acting as the first point of contact for patients and clients.ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls from patients and home care clientsHandle new enquiries and provide accurate informationBook GP appointmentsOrganise staff schedules for home care visitsPerform general administrative duties to support service deliveryYou will work with a small, supportive team who value fun, professionalism, and a shared purpose.
