Your day-to-day will include:Carrying out passive fire inspections, repairs and rectificationsCompleting planned preventative maintenance and reactive worksWorking across commercial buildings to ensure compliance with Australian StandardsProducing inspection reports, defect lists and close-out documentationLiaising with site teams, clients and project stakeholdersRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:35+ years'' experience in passive fire servicesStrong knowledge of passive fire systems including fire stopping, fire doors, penetration sealing and fire collarsUnderstanding of relevant Australian Standards and NCC requirementsAbility to complete compliance documentation and reports accuratelyClear written and verbal communication skillsA professional, client-facing approach with good attention to detailThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Passive Fire Technician to join a growing team with a steady pipeline of commercial work in Brisbane.
