You''ll be supported by robust systems and a highly experienced team who genuinely enjoy working together, many with us for over five years, reflecting the strength of our culture.Day-to-day, you''ll manage maintenance, finances, compliance, and meetings while building trusted relationships with owners and committees to create positive living communities. We''re seeking an experienced Strata Manager who can be in the office three days a week and holds a current Victorian Driver''s Licence. This is a chance to take ownership of a portfolio in a stable, supportive environment where your contribution truly matters.What You''ll DoLead your own portfolio, chair meetings (in-person, online, hybrid), manage priorities, and deliver the outcomes your clients need.Take ownership of property maintenance, repairs, compliance, and finances, ensuring every detail is right.Be a reliable point of contact for owners, committees, and contractors, guiding decisions and offering creative solutions.Collaborate with in-house finance and admin teams for seamless service.Share your ideas, your input helps us innovate and grow as a business.Foster positive communities by mediating, guiding, and supporting harmonious living environments.Use modern strata technology and stay up to date with industry standards.The Qualities and Experience We ValueIdeally at least 23 years'' end-to-end strata management/Owners Corporation experience, but motivated, capable candidates with less are strongly encouraged to apply.Solid knowledge of Victoria''s Owners Corporation Act.Confident communicator, clear, professional, and approachable, with empathy for all our clients.Strong organisation, able to manage multiple priorities and take pride in your attention to detail.Committed to delivering great results, learning, and supporting your team.Tech-savvy, comfortable with MS Office and open to learning new software.Current Victorian driver''s licence and access to a car.Why ABC and Why Now?Join a growing company with a new "make-it-your-own" role.
