The aim of this function is to match the right resource, to the right need, at the right time, to deliver the best possible outcome.Your opportunityAs a Clinical Scheduling Coordinator, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive timely, high-quality care. In this fast-paced role, you''ll manage the scheduling of allied health and nursing services, triage referrals, coordinate bookings, and respond to intraday changes. You''ll also liaise with third-party providers and ensure service instructions align with preferred provider guidelines.You''ll be the first point of contact for service changes, supporting both customers and clinicians by maintaining stable, responsive schedules. Working closely with workforce planning and operations teams, you''ll help deliver seamless care experiences.
